We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of images on our website however; we cannot guarantee that the colours and appearance of artwork will be identical to the original. You are welcome to arrange to view artwork before a purchase is made. Sizes given are approximate and in centimetres.
Availability
To the best of our knowledge and unless otherwise listed as ‘sold’, all artworks are available to purchase though this is not guaranteed.
Framing
Unless otherwise stated, all works available to purchase are framed. We can advise and arrange framing for you if the artwork you wish to purchase is unframed.
VAT
Where applicable, VAT is included in all prices. Overseas purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and taxes required.
Copyright
Rights to the image remain with the artist or the estate of the artist. The purchase of an artwork does not confer the right or licence to use the image for commercial or any other purposes.
Risk
Responsibility for the goods passes on collection or on delivery of the goods to the address stated in your order.
Title to the goods will pass to you only when full payment has been received.Privacy Policy
Targetfollow Arts conform to the Data Protection Act. Your details are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry and will not be shared with any third party. You do have the opportunity to join our mailing list where you will be informed of Targetfollow Arts events only.
Refund
Targetfollow Arts give 7 days home approval. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Targetfollow Arts for a full refund (excluding delivery and shipping costs) subject to the following:
You must notify Targetfollow Arts within 7 days of the arrival of your order either by emailing info@targetfollow-arts.co.uk or telephoning +44 (0)1603 216583Artwork must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged to Targetfollow Arts.
Returns must received by Targetfollow Arts within 10 days of an artwork having been received by you.
Provided the above conditions have been met, Targetfollow Arts will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the artwork to you. You will not be refunded any delivery or shipping costs and you must arrange suitable insurance of the work during return transit.How To Make A Purchase
Please use our online shopping ‘Add to Basket Facility’. When you wish to purchase artwork, you can use our online order form to email, phone or write to us with your order. We will then confirm that the goods are available; postage and packaging costs and make arrangements for payment and collection or delivery. We aim to deliver work within 5 working days.
Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling and can be made in the following ways:
Telephone payment by debit or credit card.
A Stirling cheque made payable to Targetfollow Estates Limited.
Collection & Delivery
Targetfollow Arts are happy to arrange delivery to you. All goods will be dispatched on receipt of full payment. We will arrange for delivery to be made through the Post Office with suitable insurance applied. All goods will be professionally packaged.
